Changes to Elk River Yard Waste Transfer Sight

Beginning January 1, 2026, only Elk River residents will be able to use the Yard Waste Transfer Site and must apply for a card online. Residents will have to pay a $25 annual fee and register their vehicle and trailer. Commercial users will also be able to use the site for an annual fee, security deposit, and per-load fee.
