Many local businesses already give back to the community — but are you getting the most out of those partnerships?
Join us for this Zimmerman Business Council workshop featuring Kat Sarff, Executive Director of the Sherburne County Area United Way, as she shares creative, practical ways small businesses can collaborate with nonprofits to grow their visibility, engage employees, and make a lasting community impact.
You’ll learn how to:
Leverage nonprofit partnerships for authentic marketing and community goodwill
Build brand recognition through creative volunteer and fundraising events
Engage employees and customers while supporting great causes
Promote your efforts through simple, low-cost marketing strategies
We’ll explore fun and effective examples like chili cook-offs, dress-down days, and customer drives that make “doing good” a smart business move.
In the spirit of giving, please bring a food donation for the Zimmerman Food Shelf — especially Thanksgiving favorites such as:
🧡 Canned Pumpkin or Sweet Potatoes
🧡 Stove Top Stuffing
🧡 Jars of Turkey Gravy
🧡 Canned Green Beans
🧡 French’s Fried Onions
🧡 Cranberry Sauce
Let’s fill the shelves and fuel great ideas for your business at the same time!
