Start your weekend with a peaceful practice inside the warm and welcoming Red Barn at Trott Brook Farm Park. Join Halo Heart Yoga & Sound for an all-levels yoga class designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and connect you with the beauty of the season.

This class combines gentle movement, mindful breathing, and grounding relaxation—perfect for both new and experienced practitioners. Surrounded by the rustic charm of the barn, you’ll find the space to slow down, stretch, and center yourself.

Bring your yoga mat and anything that supports your comfort (blanket, water, blocks). All levels are welcome!
