Unwind, restore, and realign with the healing power of sound.  Join us inside the beautiful red barn at Trott Brook Farm Park for an immersive sound bath experience guided by Halo Heart Yoga and Sound.  Let soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments wash over you, helping to quiet the mind, release tenson, and create a deep state of relaxation.  This serene evening is perfect midweek reset for your body, mind, and spirit.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, zero gravity lounger, or anything that helps you to feel cozy as you rest and receive the sound.  No experience necessary.
