12:15-12:25 Identifying Mental Health Issues in Ourselves & Others. Common signs of stress, anxiety, depression and burnout. How these manifest at work and home. How to approach someone you're concerned about (with empathy) whether a co-worker, employee, friend or family member.
12:25-12:35 When and how to seek help. Encouraging your team to speak up and feel safe doing so. Local mental health resources.  
12:35-12:45 Coping Strategies, self care strategies that are realistic for buys professionals. Group Activity
12:45-12:55 Q&A and Open Discussion
12:55-1:00 Closing & Resource distribution (see table)
