Sales Associate Part-Time

Position Purpose:
The mission of Allison’s Addicts Boutique and our Sales Associates is to provide a welcoming and fun environment where people can find women’s clothing, accessories and small gifts that add value and joy to day-to-day experiences. Description of Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact during assigned shifts helping customers with their needs. This includes product recommendations, customer purchases, preparing orders for pick up, and providing in-depth product knowledge in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Answering questions about products and store policies, sharing product knowledge, and recommending products based on customer needs.
• Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.
• Processing purchases and returns, cross-selling products, and informing customers about discounts and special offers.
• Ensuring racks are fully stocked and well organized, restocking and organizing merchandise, and helping maintain the store's appearance and organization.
• Creating or updating customer profile records, alerting management of potential security issues, and providing customer feedback to the store owner.
• May assist in creating compelling social media content on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest to assist in customer engagement. ?
• May help with inventory management to include receiving, processing, organizing, storing, packaging, and labeling merchandise. ?
• May help with model coordination to generate a variety of print and video media; on the body outfit pictures, outfit of the day flat lays, and mannequin updates which will be shared on the brands social channels and/or website.
• May participate as a brand model if mutually agreed upon. This includes a willingness to take part in on the body outfit pictures, outfit of the day images and live video try on clips to be published on our brands social channels and/or website.
• May be asked to help in buying processes to include attending markets and providing feedback on potential inventory. ?
• Visual Merchandising: Works on floor display strategies, creates visually appealing displays, helps in promotions and marketing plans as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of the store to include dusting and vacuuming. ?

• Flexible part-time shifts (as mutually agreed upon) that occur Wednesday - Sunday between the hours of 10am-7pm. Some Holidays may also be included.

• Ability to engage in prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
• Ability to frequently and independently use a step ladder and extension hook.
• Ability to occasionally independently lift up to 50 pounds. ?

• Previous Retail Sales experience.
• Knowledge of social media channels; Facebook, Instagram, & Pinterest. ?

• Models should be able to try on and demonstrate products, be comfortable on video and in photographs, be willing to attend photoshoots and represent the brand in a positive light. ?
