Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking someone with at least a year of experience in Food and Beverage operations in some form or capacity to lead our Food and Beverage team at Wyndham Garden hotel.  Our business is growing and changing and we need someone with new, fresh ideas to help guide it with us.  This position would focus on all food and beverage outlets, with a primary focus on Banquets and Catering, but also our restaurant, our Waterpark "Pub and Grub", and the kitchen operation. Some main duties would include but won't be limited to:

  • Serving, or overseeing (dependent on staffing levels and business levels), catered events in house.
  • Attend BEO meetings with Sales Managers to review upcoming events.
  • Staffing and scheduling.
  • Inventory management of some capacity in both kitchen and bar operations. 
This role will naturally evolve as the operations changes and grows, so this person should be flexible and welcome change, and be able to suggest smart changes!
