NRH Plumbing is a growing, customer-focused plumbing company serving the Elk River area. We are seeking a Client Service & Dispatch Coordinator to be the friendly voice of our company and the organizational hub that keeps our technicians scheduled, supported, and productive.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced but supportive office environment.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with scheduling plumbing services
- Dispatch technicians efficiently based on location, job type, and priority
- Communicate clearly with technicians throughout the day
- Confirm appointments and provide arrival updates to customers
- Create and manage jobs in Service Titan (experience strongly preferred)
- Handle reschedules, follow-ups, and basic customer questions
- Support technicians with job notes, documentation, and customer communication
- Help deliver a professional, positive customer experience from first call to job completion
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Calm, professional demeanor when handling schedule changes or urgent calls
- Comfortable working on a computer and learning new software
- Service Titan experience is a strong plus
- Dispatch, customer service, or call-center experience preferred
- Home services experience (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- Full-time, in-office role
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- No nights or weekends

- Pay range: up to $25 per hour, based on experience
