This month we will commemorate the Winter Solstice, by embracing the theme of joy, and we believe this special event will help create a meaningful shift in that direction. 

Join Tanya Rice and Kyron Christopherson  on December 21st from 1–3 PM for an evening dedicated to releasing burdens and creating peaceful intentions for 2025. ??

Begin with Sun Salutations to let go of iniquities and past challenges, followed by a Reiki-infused Sound Bath to nurture a calm and grounded mindset as you transition into the new year.
