Sherburne County Fall Clean Up Day

Description

New this year we will be hosting a FALL Clean Up Day, an event for Sherburne County Residents (bring proof of residency). Bring unwanted items to be recycled and disposed of properly. Please donate usable items to local charities. Fill out this form and bring it along with your items.

Eligibility Requirements for items to be accepted:

• Tires must be free of rims
• Mixed Junk does not include electronics, appliances, tires, or other charged-for items
• Liquids and Fluids must be drained
• Load your vehicle with electronics, lights, and textiles available for removal first
• Load your vehicle with tires, appliances, junk, mattresses, and furniture to be removed last
• Plan to unload your own items but volunteers are available to assist you
• Items not listed on the form must be approved by the Environmental Division prior to delivery
• Your form will be reviewed by gate staff. Your total is subject to change

Materials not eligible or accepted:

Curbside recyclables Construction and Demolition Debris Oil, Oil Containers (can take to Compost Site) Pesticides/Herbicides/Insecticides

Paint/Stains/Solvents Hazardous or Medical Waste Commercial/Business accounts

Payment:

Cash or checks only (made out to the City of Elk River). Prices are subject to change without notice. Please have cash or check ready before you arrive (leave amount blank on check). Contact the Environmental Division @ 763.635.1000 or abednar@elkrivermn.gov
