Description
You're Invited to a Public Open House for CSAH 1 (Proctor Ave)
Sherburne County is proposing to reconstruct CSAH 1 from Trunk Highway 10 to the Burlington Northern Railroad to improve safety and access. The project includes reconstructing the roadway and the addition of a raised median and turn lanes. Area residents and adjacent property owners are invited to a Public Open House to be held at:
Elk River City Hall, (Upper Town conference room)
13065 Orono Parkway,
Elk River, MN 55330
from 4:30 to 6:00 PM on Wednesday, September 18, 2019.
Sherburne County, City of Elk River, MnDOT, and SRF (design consultant) staff will be available to discuss the proposed design and any project concerns. The purpose of the Open House is to encourage public comments on the project.
