Description

North Star SHRM will be hosting a seminar titled: Post-COVID Re-entry.  This is a virtual presentation on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from 8 am to 9:30 am. All North Star SHRM members are invited to attend.  In addition, all Elk River, Monticello, and I-94 West Chamber members are invited to attend.  There is no cost to attend.

The target audience for this seminar is HR professionals and any business owners.

This past year has held so much loss, and now we are all asking some hard questions: What have we lost?  Is this grief?  When did we experience trauma?  How shall we cope?  What does re-entry look like?  Who have we become?

In this presentation, Dr. Mork will explore the questions that many of us are asking, and she will offer evidence-based strategies for post-COVID coping and resilience.

In this session, participants will

  • Reflect on the losses related to the recent pandemic.
  • Discuss questions regarding post-covid recovery.
  • Formulate questions and explore responses and solutions in the area of trauma, mental health, and coping
This seminar will be presented by Dr. Melissa Baartman Mork.
