Joe Elam joined the Commercial Realty Solutions (CRS) team in 2018. Joe is a seasoned commercial real estate professional focused on assisting small businesses, entrepreneurs, and contractors to navigate development through the City and County planning process.  His diverse portfolio of clients range from startups to multiple-property investors. He is committed to delivering value-driven solutions and long-term results to his clients. Joe lives in Rogers and when he has free time he enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and attending his two daughter's many sporting events.

Our residential presentation comes from Jean Braun who is from Edina Reality Otsego/Elk River office. 
With 29 years in the real estate industry, and both a bachelors and masters degree in entrepreneurship, Jean brings experience, strategy, and a passion for helping others succeed.
