You are invited to come and meet area representatives from local aging service agencies including housing, health services, transportation, and social engagement. You may also attend "Making the Connection", a 30 minute program explaining how local resources can help you navigate through life changes. This event is sponsored by Great River Faith in Action and Elk River Activity Center
