homeownership and make improvements to their current home.
Come to this free workshop to learn about these programs and
resources that are available to current or aspiring homeowners.
Start Up program: First-time homebuyers downpayment & closing
cost loan options
Step Up program: Existing homebuyer downpayment & closing cost
loan options, refinance option
Fix Up Program: Home improvement loans, rehabilitation loans,
emergency & accessibility loan, and disaster recovery loan programs
