Minnesota American Legions Rib Fest Competition

Description

All Minnesota Legions are invited to Register a Team or Individual of their choice to compete. Maximum of 15 Teams.

Details:
Each team will cook 10 Racks of St Louis Style Ribs
Teams will bring their own Grill, Smoker, Seasonings, Tables, Tents, etc. Whatever they need to cook and represent their Post.

Cost is $150 to enter, this covers the Ribs. Ribs will be provided by the Elk River Legion.

Times:
Set Up will start at 7:00 AM
Ribs will be distributed once your team is ready
Cooking will commence from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Teams will turn in 5 Bones for Judging

Public Tasting will start at 3:30 PM
Winners announced when the Judges are Finished

Prizes:
1st – $350 and Trophy
2nd – $250 and Trophy
3rd = $150 and Trophy
