Description
Develop the skills you need to succeed! This series of 6 half day sessions will provide you with the critical thinking skills to lead your team and achieve higher levels of performance. Foundational skills include: Identifying when you are called to Lead vs. Manage (they are different), Task Management/Delegation, Cross Generational Management, Team Building, Coaching and Engaging Employee.
