Did you know that osteoarthritis is present in 40% of individuals over the age of 60? The resulting pain, stiffness, and weakness causes individuals to stop doing activities they enjoy. Join Lisa Zeman, Physical Therapist at iBackCheck Sport Therapy for a very informative presentation on osteoarthritis while you enjoy a healthy lunch. Deadline to register is May 19.
