Starting at 9 a.m. bank specials on loans and deposits, cake and coffee plus business displays inside. Outside: bouncy house, crazy kid hair-do's by Great Clips Otsego (11-2), Elk River Fire Department demo (invited), and donation car wash by the 728 Cadets Marching Band. Open to the public.
