Kickin' Asphalt - Lifetime membership will be the cost of your shirt! We will meet on Wednesday evenings 6:30 - 7:30 Starting May 6th until Late Fall. We'll meet at Elk River Health & Nutrition and run to a nearby park to do an awesome workout and run back! 11 have already signed up! FUN Group!
