Halloween Downtown
Description
Elk River Downtown River's Edge's will be holding it's annual Halloween event on Friday, October 26. Participating businesses will have treats for kids up to 12 years old from 11:00 am-6:00 pm. Make sure you bring your camera for photos in River's Edge Commons Park. There will be face painting and games for the kids. Thank you to all the downtown businesses and City of Elk River Parks and Recreation for all the work you do to make this event happen and make downtown Elk River a great place for the community to gather!
