Generation Speak: The ABCs of talking to XYZs
Communicating across the generations is a hot topic. Five generations will soon occupy the workplace. Their distinctive characteristics can lead to conflict, but that doesn’t have to be, if you grasp the dynamics of each generation and understand how each views business and the world.
Do you know who you are talking to? Based on generational differences, the message you are sending may not be the message you intended. Effective communication is a necessary skill, more now than ever before. Learn how to work with all the generations to make your organizations more successful.
Our expert workshop presenter is Sarah Patnode, Director of Professional and Organizational Development, Professional Workforce Training Department at Anoka Technical College & Anoka Ramsey Community College. She will teach you to understand generational differences and the language you need to communicate effectively with every generation.
