FREE SERVICES MN School of Business, Elk River Campus Veterinary Technology students will complete complimentary nail trims & ear cleanings for dogs ADOPTION Ruff Start Rescue will be showcasing animals available for adoption & answering rescue questions PHOTOS Tractor Supply Co. will have Santa available for photos from 10am to 3pm
