Oak Knoll Athletic Complex 999 Proctor Avenue Elk River, MN The City of Elk River is excited to sponsor another year of the Independence Day fireworks! The fireworks will be launched from the Oak Knoll Athletic Complex. The Public Works Facility and Oak Knoll baseball parking lot will not be available for parking or viewing. Viewing locations include the Elk River High School parking lot, Salk Middle School parking lot, Lion John Weicht Park, and many other Elk River locations.
