Fitness in the Park: Oula.One

Description

Bring your Yoga mat-this is a yoga flow format! Oula.One is a heart-based, musically inspired yoga dance fusion class. Class is done barefoot on the mat with no jumping or impact, making it accessible to nearly all. Through breath and heart opening movements and music, you will feel the stress and stuck emotions leave your body as you become grounded in your sense of self and oneness. 

Ages: 10& up. Children 10-15yrs must be accompanied by an adult
When: Weekly from June 13 - August 31
Where: Grams Regional Park, Zimmerman Mn 55398

*Classes meet on the South side of the Main Parking lot in the grassy area
*In case of rain class will be canceled
*Classes are free and open to the community
