Fit 4 U With Twirley Sue and Crew is an exercise program providing a means for children to get on their feet and exercise and learn about healthy eating from their fun characters. Twirley Sue and her crew are fun and fit, they create participation from children and make exercising fun! Sponsored by The Bank of Elk River and hosted by Elk River Parks and Recreation.
