4:30 pm: Kids and teens games
5:00 -6:00 pm: Elk River Idol - email kristi.waite@isd728.org to register!
5:30 pm: Flag-raising ceremony at Korean War Memorial in Lions Park by the Elk River Scouts.
6:00 pm: Three-round volley and presentation of colors by the Elk River Police Honor Gaurd and Elk River Scouts followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
6:30 - 8:00 pm: Elk River Red White and Blue Alumi Jazz Band
8:20 - 9:00 pm: Music Performed by Shane Martin Band
9:00 pm: Reading of the Declaration of Independence (Preamble) and American Creed.
9:45 - 10 pm: Music Performed by Shane Martin Band
Approx. 10:15pm: FIREWORKS by RES Pyrotechnics
