Downtown Trick or Treating

Description

Bring your ghosts and goblins downtown Elk River & trick-or-treat at participating businesses.

Businesses with "Welcome Trick or Treater" signs in their windows will have treats for children. There will be a recommended directional flow for trick or treaters to help keep everyone safe.  Treats will be handed out by DECA students OUTSIDE each of the participating businesses.  
This annual event is aimed at the younger crowd of ghosts and goblins. Bring your kids, dressed in their best costumes, to snag a bag full of treats.
Please be sure to be safe and use sidewalks and crosswalks as there is normal traffic and business during the event.
