Trick-or-treat at participating businesses in Downtown Elk River with Kid's activities at River's Edge park.
All dressed up with no place to go? Please join us on Friday, October 31 from 11 am-5 pm! Participating businesses will have treats for kids (up to 12 years old), the City of Elk River Parks and Recreation is decorating Rivers Edge Commons for SPOOKY photos and our Annual Pumpkin Roll is from 3 pm-5 pm. Cost is $5 per roll and the BEST roll will win prizes from downtown businesses! Proceeds go towards future downtown events.
There will also be face painting and games in the park- hope to see you there!
