Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE STRATEGY WORKSHOP
Minnesota Nice . . . Are We Liars?

Businesses often believe they’re delivering better customer service than the consumer actually gets. Today, customers are demanding more, and better, customer service, and the need to improve will never go away.

So, sharpen your edge over the competition with this customer service skill tune-up, and imagine how successful your customer service efforts could be if each person who attends were to pick up and apply just one of these skills.

  • Create a Customer Service Strategy
  • Minnesota Nice philosophy
  • What upsets a customer, what makes a customer happy
  • Men vs. women communication
  • Body language that will destroy a sale and may offend a customer
  • Post purchase relationships
  • Solve a customer issue using generational communication

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER:
Tim Trocke holds a MBA with a BA in Criminology from the University of Minnesota, and served as a Police Detective for a suburban city in Minnesota.

Serving as a Detective, Tim received training in many of the standard areas of law enforcement and recognized that there was lack of communication from the private business sector to the government sector.  Tim began working as a community liaison in the 90’s, encouraging and holding training seminars for local businesses, schools, and specifically designed training programs for Chamber, Rotary, and VFW groups.

Tim specializes in providing training for a variety of institutions and businesses including risk assessments, threat assessments, negotiations, customer service, marketing techniques and conflict resolution.

Tim Trocke has served as a Critical Incident Stress Manager, Emergency Medical Technician and served as a Deputy Coroner in Minnesota.  Tim is currently employed as a Criminal Defense Investigator for the Minnesota Board of Public Defense and owns a private investigation firm.  Tim also teaches part time as criminal justice, legal, and business instructor.
