CrossFit Elk River, owner Chris Fournie and the CrossFit Team will be doing a Liftathon, to raise funds for Running For Justice! Their group will be lifting from 31,000 lbs for scaled women over 40 yrs to over 80,000 lbs for Rx men! You can go on Running For Justice link below and it will take you right to the liftathon where you can give. Their purpose is to raise more awareness of human sex trafficking within their group and to those who give to it and provide funds for Running For Justice to buy 4 tier brochure racks and brochures to put into businesses and organizations that would like one.
