Lift PT (Physical Therapy), 19022 Freeport Street NW, provides diagnosis, rehabilitation, and preventative care using a well-rounded approach to treating an array of orthopedic & bowel/bladder conditions related to sports-related injuries.
North Memorial Clinic, 800 Freeport Avenue NW Suite 10, opened it’s doors in 2000 with three primary care providers. It has since expanded greatly. There currently are six primary care providers that can focus on health maintenance, wellness, managing chronic conditions, and building a lifetime of trust. We also offer urgent care services Monday thru Sunday to help with acute illness, diagnosis, and relief, from headaches and cuts to pneumonia and bronchitis.
North Memorial Ambulance, 800 Freeport Avenue NW, has provided emergency medical services since 1961. Our 911 crews provide advanced life support to our patients. We service the larger portion of Hennepin County, as well as regions south, west and north of the metro, and western Wisconsin. During your tour, you’ll be able to see inside of the ambulance and talk to a paramedic about the demands of the job as well as hear how rewarding the career can be.
