"Aging in Place"...Resources to Help
Description
Experts will share tips on strengthening the mind and memory, the body to prevent falls and keep moving, and technology to use in the home to help maintain independence. This workshop is for individuals who have a loved one (spouse, parent, relative, friend) who they are helping to provide care for.
