How long has Riley Martin CPA been in business?  

Sean Riley purchased the original CPA firm, which had been in business since 1973, and opened Riley Martin LTD in 2017.

What inspired the start of Riley Martin CPA?

The mission is to offer clients and small businesses an affordable solution to tax filing and accounting needs. Riley Martin primarily caters to smaller firms and in some cases, will act as an outside CFO.

Who does Riley Martin CPA serve?

Clients of Riley Mart generally have anywhere from 1-2 employees up to 100. The company also serves residential clients in the area.

A Little-Known Fact About Riley Martin CPA:

Our goal is to make our offices unique from other CPA firms. We have a 300-gallon fish tank in the office and a 12-person river table in the conference room – you can see them both on social media.

Riley Martin CPA’s Involvement with the Chamber:

Riley Martin LTD has been a part of the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce for a year and has been involved with various programs in the area, including the recent Legislative Preview Luncheon and the newly formed Otsego Business Council.

Riley Martin CPA’s Involvement with the Community and Surrounding Area:

Riley Martin LTD is involved with both the Elk River and I-94 Chambers. The company also has community involvement on the horizon with Rotary and the Lions.

Looking to the Future:

We recently hired another CPA who started in December and have another hire on the horizon – we have quickly added staff due to demand and now have 10 employees.
