The award will feature businesses that have exhibited outstanding initiative, leadership, and organizational skills that produce significant results that benefit the community. Such benefits may include excellence in customer service, conservation/energy-smart practices, a track record of growth including local investment, and support of community organizations. To receive the award, the business must have been in business for at least five years and be an Elk River Area Chamber member in good standing.
"We are highly involved in the community and support many businesses with one of the most important parts of their business: their finances. We are regularly involved in Chamber activities as well as supporting many of the nonprofits in the community." — Janet McCarty, Virtual Bookkeeping USA
“Virtual Bookkeeping USA provides top-notch, creative, flexible, and personal services to a broad range of clients across the United States. From setup to training to bookkeeping to payroll to consulting, we’re here to ensure your stress levels are down and your success level is up!”
We have been in the area for 25 years and in business for 12 years. We currently have 5 employees.
The genuine love of helping people and being able to answer people’s questions about bookkeeping, Quick Books, etc.
Small business owners with up to five employees. We’ve begun narrowing our focus to craft breweries for new business customers.
We love to donate our time and knowledge to small businesses and non-profits. We have invested in the chamber and volunteer to lead Chamber Connections.
We have clients in 19 states!
We participate in Chamber Connections and Chamber Ambassadors. Keith was a part of Shiver Elk River. In the future, we’d like to get involved with the Board of Directors.
We enjoy giving back time, especially when it comes to nonprofits and the work they do. We donate funds once a month to a local nonprofit, and many of them know that if they call, we are more than happy to volunteer and help with anything they need!
On behalf of all of us at ERACC, we’d like to say congratulations to Janet and Keith on Virtual Bookkeeping USA’s nomination for Business of the Year!
