Sherburne County Area United Way (SCAUW) unites people and resources to create a better life for everyone in our surrounding communities – Big Lake, Elk River, Otsego, Princeton, Santiago and Zimmerman – by focusing on three key areas: Education, Income and Health.
Through focusing on these three areas, SCAUW is able to provide opportunities that inspire individuals, engage communities and build brighter futures. This helps us achieve long-lasting changes in our community!
To unite people and resources to impact lives in the Sherburne County area.
To lead the way in providing opportunities that inspire individuals, engage communities and build brighter futures.
To create long-lasting changes that prevent problems from happening in the first place.
Through our mission, vision and goal, SCAUW ensures that donations are used to create positive, long- lasting changes in our community for years to come. We do this by addressing the underlying causes of problems so that they can be eliminated before they begin. Our work within the community to assess needs, partnerships with local agencies and original programming does just that.
