Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Thursday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Driving Directions:

HWY 10 to Proctor; North on Proctor to County Hwy 1;
Hwy 1 to Watson. North on Watson.
CAER is located directly in front of Meadowvale School.

About Us

Located in Elk River, CAER Food Shelf assists residents in Elk River, Otsego, Zimmerman and surrounding communities who might need help with food and other basic necessities, including limited financial aid for shelter or utilities if eligible.

  • CAER is here to help. Food shopping includes nonperishable food, fresh produce, dairy, meat, bakery and more.
