DESCRIPTION:You're invited to a public open courthouse at the Sherburne County Government Center.  The event will take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday\, November 22.\n\n \n\nIn an effort to increase the public's understanding of Minnesota's justice system\, and in honor of Constitution Day\, the Sherburne County District Court will be hosting the Open Courthouse in the Sherburne County Government Center courthouse in Elk River. The goal is to showcase the work of the Judicial Branch and our Sherburne County partners in order to educate the public about the role of our organizations and the good and important work being done. We are especially pleased to be able to share the administration wing of our beautiful new building with the public.\n\n \n\nThe open house will offer tours of the courthouse and county administration building\, informational displays\, legal self-help assistance\, a keynote address\, information sessions with a judge and staff\, legal clinics\, and a mock trial session. \n\n \n\nFor more information\, including a schedule\, please visit www.mncourts.gov/sherburneopencourthouse.\n\n \n\nWe look forward to seeing you\, your family\, friends\, staff and members on November 22.
