SUMMARY:Rib Fest American Legion Post 112 Elk River
DESCRIPTION:All Minnesota Legions are invited to Register a Team or Individual of their choice to compete. Maximum of 15 Teams.\n\nDetails:\n\nEach team will cook 10 Racks of St Louis Style Ribs\n\nTeams will bring their own Grill\, Smoker\, Seasonings\, Tables\, Tents\, etc. Whatever they need to cook and represent their Post.\n\nCost is $150 to enter\, this covers the Ribs. Ribs will be provided by the Elk River Legion.\n\nTimes:\n\nSet Up will start at 7:00 AM\n\nRibs will be distributed once your team is ready\n\nCooking will commence from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM\n\nTeams will turn in 5 Bones for Judging\n\nPublic Tasting will start at 3:30 PM\n\nWinners announced when the Judges are Finished\n\nPrizes:\n\n1st   $350 and Trophy\n\n2nd   $250 and Trophy\n\n3rd = $150 and Trophy\n\nContact Kae Legg with any questions at 612-558-6531.\n\nThis Event is being organized by Legion Social!
