ELIGIBILITY
The Leadership Elk River program is open to individuals who have a sincere commitment\, motivation and interest to serve in the community at least one year of residence\, employment or volunteer activity in the Elk River area\, or who have demonstrated interest in the community the ability to make the time and personal commitment necessary to derive full benefit from the program the potential for responsible and effective leadership

PARTICIPANTS
