SUMMARY:GIVE 'EM THE PICKLE
DESCRIPTION:GIVE 'EM THE PICKLE!\n\nPresented by Jim Beck\, Minnesota School of Business St. Cloud Campus Director\n\n \n\n"Give 'em the Pickle!" is Jim Beck's take on the Bob Farrell idea of advanced customer service. It's not just about going the extra mile for customers\, but why you should. It's about keeping people happy and doing the right thing. It's also about recognizing and rewarding those who take customer service to the next level in your organization.\n\n \n\nBut watch out! Sometimes pickles fly out of nowhere in this presentation!\n\n\n\nJim Beck has been the Campus Director at the Minnesota School of Business-St. Cloud campus since 2006\, and has been with MSB for over 18 years. He is an active member of the St. Cloud community and volunteers on many committees. He served on the Board of Directors for the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce for the past 6 years and is also on the Partners for Student Success Board of directors. Jim believes that the customer must always come first\, and that the key to running any successful business is to have a passion for making the customer happy. Jim believes that when students\, educators\, businesses and individuals work together\, we all succeed and communities become better places to live.
