The city will host a public open house on Thursday\, October 28 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Elk River City Hall\, 13065 Orono Parkway. At the open house\, hear from project leaders\, get answers to questions or concerns you may have\, and find out other ways to stay involved throughout the process. \n\n \n\nThe open house will also be available for viewing during and after the event for those who prefer to attend virtually.
