Thumbs Up High 5k wants to help educate YOU\, YOUR CHILDREN and our COMMUNITY with this FREE Community Health Outreach on Wednesday\, July 19th\, 6-8 pm at Gateway Church in Elk River! We will be featuring 3 speakers\, vendors\, chair massages\, kid activities\, giveaways and refreshments!\n\nThumbs Up High 5k wants to help by providing wellness tools for daily life situations and to be proactive with in our community.\n\n\n\nOur 3 amazing featured speakers will be\; Paul Thomas from LIVIN Foundation\, Mackenzie from NAMI and Kathleen Penkala Massmann from Healing Moments Counseling LLC!\n\n\n\nWe also have an amazing list of resource booths that so far include\; TXT4LIFE\, NAMI LIVIN Foundation\, The Divine Marriage Center\, Operation: 23 to Zero\, Healing Moments Counseling LLC\, Lisa Turner with Balance In Body Massage and Pain Therapy LLC at Avalon Salon\, Open Doors for Youth\, Print Remedy\, Sherburne County Children's Mental Health Unit & BRIDGES\, PANDAS Network Minnesota Chapter\, Ascend Family Institute\, PrairieCare\, Loving Hands Transportation and Mike's Crisis Kids\, Yellow Ribbon Club and more!
