Come and learn how you can help build capacity for future workforce development and why this issue isn't child's play for you and companies just like yours.  \n\n\n\nWe have invited Katy Smith\, 2011 Minnesota Teacher of the Year\, to talk about the workforce of the future and how today's early childhood policies will affect your ability to attract and retain employees today and in the future.  \n\n\n\nYour workforce is impacted by early childhood issues and policies.    We are working with the Elk River Area Early Childhood Coalition to help identify areas that might need support and improvement.
