\nDylan Pearson\, my son and only child\, passed away on January 31\, 2015 after battling heroin addiction for three years. Dylan was a bright 19-year-old young man\, taken too soon by the heroin epidemic that is taking an entire generation. \;144 people per day are losing their lives to this horrible epidemic.
\n
\nSince Dylan&rsquo\;s death\, I have dedicated my life to help raise awareness\, find resources\, and create change for those who need help with opioid addiction. More resources are much needed in this crisis that we are seeing every day.
\n
\nFree Heroin'\;s Hold was established in January of 2016 to raise money for those in need of treatment. This includes financial assistance such as paying insurance deductibles and premiums\, and depending on fund availability\, paying for treatment\, transportation to treatment and detox centers\, and help with many various aspects of the addiction treatment process. \; Our ability to financially support is based on our generous donor base.

\nIn efforts to raise awareness\, assist with financial needs\, \;and to honor Dylan Pearson&rsquo\;s memory\, we are hosting the 3rd Annual Dylan Pearson Memorial Golf Tournament. All proceeds will go toward this cause. \; By sponsoring or donating to our tournament\, many opiate/heroin users will get the resources needed to get the proper help. \;Through generous donations\, last year we sent over 30 men and women to treatment to get the help needed!!

Donations help with the following:
\n1. \; \; \; \; \; \;Help determine the best treatment program center available for the individual&rsquo\;s needs.
\n2. \; \; \; \; \; \;Weekly support groups for families of loved ones dealing with addiction\, families who have lost someone to addiction and for those in active addiction
\n3. \; \; \; \; \; \;Insurance deductibles and/or cash pay for treatment.
\n4. \; \; \; \; \; \;Aftercare treatment. ?
\n5. \; \; \; \; \; \;Other services available upon request
